Common questions

Questions centers ask before switching

What is Halaqa?

Halaqa is an operations app for Quran memorization centers. It brings halaqahs, students, teachers, attendance, recitation records, and family communication into one connected workspace.

Is Halaqa available in Arabic and English?

Yes. Halaqa is Arabic-first with full right-to-left support, and a complete English interface is available too. Switch languages from the menu at the top of any page.

Who is Halaqa for?

Halaqa works for full memorization centers with multiple halaqahs and teachers, and just as well for a solo teacher running their own circle.

How does the trial work?

New centers and solo teachers get a 14-day trial workspace with up to two halaqahs and ten students, so your team can try real daily use before committing.

Is our center's data kept separate from other centers?

Yes. Every center gets its own isolated workspace on a private subdomain, and records are scoped to that organization only.

Can parents see their child's progress?

Yes. Guardians linked to a student get a read-only view of attendance, recitation history, certificates, and progress reports for their own children.

Make every halaqah easier to run—and easier to grow from.

Your center already does meaningful work. Halaqa gives that work a clear, connected home.
